What is “Rock Tea”?
“Rock tea” or “Cliff tea”, is one of the most stunning Oolong subtypes. Owing to the unique terroir, it is regarded as the “Champagne” of the Oolong tea. It also involves sophisticated tea processing skills and the tea maker’s understanding of the ultimate balance of aroma and taste.The most famous Rock tea , “Da Hong Pao”, will be shared with the participants during this workshop.
