Description

This course is designed for tea lovers who are seeking expanding their knowledge and skills in tea brewing, tasting, and critics.

There is no better way to learn by practicing on-site with our certified tea connoisseurs by your side. You will receive feedback on each step as you go.

With the knowledge from “101. Tea Basics”, students now will:

  • apply them to explore the characteristics and particulars of all six tea families;
  • understand how brewing methods affect the taste of tea in practice;
  • master the right way to brew each tea to enhance the experience of your guests/clients;
  • be ready for the basic tea reviewing and grading skills (cupping, critics).

This course will lay a solid foundation of your tea knowledge set to start your tea journey either as a hobby or a tea professional!

This course consists of 24 hours of courses which are divided into 8 sessions (3 hours/session).

A total of 30+ premium tea samples will be tasted throughout the sessions.
