Course Arrangement:

  1. history, definition, scientific facts and health benefits;
  2. Classification of tea, processing methods for each of the tea families and how these methods affect the flavor profile;
  3. Tea appreciating skills and tasting notes for each tea family;
  4. Tea culture including tea etiquette and tea lifestyle overview.

This course is designed for tea lovers who want to experience the true tea and accumulate tea knowledge.

This course is delivered with solid facts and artisanal presentation. It will stimulate your taste buds and your body sensation.

No previous tea experience is required. No background knowledge is needed. Passion and time are all you need to devote.

Upon completion of this course, you will not only attain the tea basic knowledge but also be able to differentiate the 6 tea families by taste, aroma, and appearance.

This basic course will build your way up to explore the amazing tea world.

  • This course consists of 15 hours divided into 5 sessions (3 hours/session).
  • A total of 15+ premium tea samples will be tasted throughout the sessions.
  • A Gongfu Tea Set will be provided as a gift for tea lovers who enrolled in this course.
