This course is designed for tea lovers who are seeking expanding their knowledge and experience in tea brewing, tasting and critic skills. With the knowledge from Tea Basics 101, students will be able to apply them to explore the characteristics of all six tea families and understanding how brewing methods affect the taste of tea in practice and master the right way to brew each tea to enhance the experience of your guests/clients. Basic tea cupping and grading method will be introduced.

There is no better way to learn by practicing on your own and with our certified tea sommeliers by your side. You will receive feedbacks whenever you make mistakes. This course will lay a solid knowledge set about tea to start your tea journey either as a hobby or as a starting point of becoming a tea professional!

This course contains 21 hours of courses which are divided into 7 sessions (3 hours/session). A total of 30+ premium tea samples will be tasted during the 7 sessions. A Please refer to “Addition Information” for the Exam requirement and the Locations.
